Prize Terms & Conditions

Eligibility: Residents of the States of Florida and New York are not eligible to enter or win the Sweepstakes.

Hotel Stay: As part of the Prize, the Winner will receive complimentary Wynn Las Vegas room accommodations for Winner and one (1) guest (“Guest”) for one (1) stay of two (2) consecutive nights during the first week of December 2026, with specific dates to be confirmed by Company upon the Winner’s acceptance of the Prize, subject to availability.

The Prize is limited to one (1) trip per Winner, and no additional stays, trips or travel benefits are included. Winner and Guest must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age and present valid government-issued photo identification at check-in. Hotel stay must be completed no later than December 7, 2026.

Cancellations must be received at least 72 hours prior to arrival date. A complimentary daily resort fee of $55 plus tax will be added to your room account for each room night, which entitles you to receive complimentary self-parking for up to two vehicles; in-room Wi-Fi of 15 Mbps on an unlimited number of devices; complimentary bottled water, refreshed daily; unlimited local, domestic long distance (including HI and AK) and toll free calls; access for up to two persons to our fitness center; and a digital newsstand of magazines and newspapers. Some amenities, such as the fitness center, parking, and pool, are subject to availability and guest demand. A $50.00 surcharge per guest shall be added for each guest exceeding the two (2) person limit. Except for the Food and Beverage benefits described below, Winner is responsible for additional charges including Winner is responsible for additional charges including but not limited to gratuity, in-room dining, mini-bar, laundry services, upgraded wi-fi, valet fees, massage and spa services and/or other Wynn Las Vegas services, incidentals and venue charges. Winner is responsible for all charges incurred by, and the conduct of, Guest. Maximum occupancy for all standard rooms and suites is four (4) guests. A fee of $500 per person will be applied to any room or suite in excess of maximum occupancy, up to $3,000. Violations will result in eviction and trespass from property. A valid credit card authorized to cover resort fees and tax, plus $150.00 a night for incidentals must be presented upon check-in. Outside food and beverage, including coolers, are not permitted at the resort and casino. Guests arriving with these items will be required to discard these items or leave them in their vehicle for the duration of their visit.

Rounds of Golf: Prize includes two (2) 18-hole tee time for Winner and Guest with the GGNC team at Wynn Golf Club, which must be played during the Hotel Stay described above and may not be used on any other date or separately from the Hotel Stay. Each round of golf includes loaner clubs for Winner and Guest, one (1) golf cart, complimentary non-alcoholic beverages and one (1) caddie. Gratuities are not included. Winner is responsible for all additional purchases not specified in these terms, including, but not limited to, food, alcoholic beverages, merchandise and other amenities and incidentals. Wynn Golf Club rules will apply, including without limitation dress code and appropriate conduct. Rounds of golf are non-transferrable and Winner and Guest must be present during the time of reservation. Any round of golf not played during the Hotel Stay will be forfeited and is not redeemable at a later date or refundable.

Food and Beverage: As part of the Prize, Winner and Guest will receive (i) complimentary drinks at Delilah until 11:00 p.m. on each night of the Hotel Stay, subject to availability; and (ii) a food and beverage credit of $200.00 per person per day (for a total of $400.00 per day for Winner and Guest) for each day of the Hotel Stay, applied to Winner’s room account. The food and beverage credit has no cash value, and charges in excess of the daily credit, as well as gratuities, are the responsibility of Winner.

Winner Notification: Company will notify the Winner by direct message and/or email. Winner must respond to such notification within twenty-four (24) hours of such notification, or the Prize will be forfeited.

Travel: Roundtrip domestic flights and airport transfers included in the Prize are not arranged or handled by Wynn Las Vegas, and Wynn Las Vegas bears no responsibility for such services. Company shall be solely responsible for arranging and providing such flights and airport transfers, and Wynn Las Vegas shall have no liability for any delay, cancellation, missed connection, injury, loss or damage arising from such services, including any resulting inability of Winner or Guest to use any portion of the Prize. Company shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless Wynn Las Vegas and its affiliates from any claims arising from such flights and airport transfers.

This Prize is non-transferable, may not be exchanged or substituted, is not available over holidays, may not be combined with any other offer, may only be redeemed one time during a single trip and has no cash value. The Prize must be redeemed during the first week of December 2026, and the total approximate retail value of the Prize is $10,000.00. Any portion of the Prize not redeemed by such date will be forfeited without compensation. If any component of the Prize becomes unavailable, Wynn Las Vegas may substitute a component of equal or greater value in its sole discretion. Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state and local taxes associated with the Prize, including its receipt and use, and for all other fees in addition to completing all applicable forms acknowledging receipt of their Prize. This Prize is not valid for any group bookings, conventions or existing reservations, and is non-commissionable. Wynn Las Vegas reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify this Prize at its sole discretion, subject to applicable law. This Prize is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Winner and guests will be required to adhere to all applicable Wynn policies when redeeming this Prize. In the event Winner is prevented from accessing property as a result of such policies, then Winner may be prohibited from redeeming this Prize in Wynn’s sole discretion. Wynn Resorts requires appropriate and respectful interactions between our guests and employees in our resorts. Wynn Resorts reserves the right to trespass anyone exhibiting behavior, language, or clothing that, at our discretion, is inconsistent with the Wynn Resorts behavior standards, which can be accessed at www.wynnlasvegas.com. By accepting the Prize, Winner and Guest release Wynn Las Vegas, Wynn Resorts and their affiliates from any and all liability for any injury, loss or damage arising from acceptance or use of the Prize, except to the extent caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of Wynn Las Vegas. Prize is awarded solely through the Sweepstakes, and nothing in these terms constitutes an offer by Wynn Las Vegas to any person.
